At Gamta Organic Incense, we take great care in packing and delivering our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Due to the nature of our products, please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
❌ No Return / No Refund Policy
All our products are non-returnable and non-refundable once sold.
This includes incense sticks, dhoop, sambrani cups, camphor, and all fragrance-based products.
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Personal preference regarding fragrance

Incorrect order placed by the customer

Delays caused by courier partners
✅ Damaged Product Exception
Refund or replacement will be considered only if the product is received in a damaged condition.
To be eligible:

The damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

Clear photo and/or video proof of:

The damaged product

Outer packaging

Inner packaging

The unboxing video is highly recommended for faster resolution

🔄 Resolution Process
Once we receive and verify the proof:
