Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Mumbai: 1–3 business days
- Rest of India: 3–7 business days
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹500
- Flat shipping rate of ₹50 on orders below ₹500
- In some cases, shipping charges may be calculated at checkout based on location and order value

We partner with reliable logistics providers such as Shadowfax and DTDC to ensure timely and safe delivery of your orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email to track your shipment.
Delays
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or high order volumes during festivals and sales.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional re-shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If you receive a damaged product or if your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with relevant proof (photos/videos). We will assist you with a replacement or refund as per our policy.
